Teens discuss their challenges and choices concerning relationships, school, alcohol and drugs, sex, family life, media and much more.   • Drink plenty of water. If you drink a lot of soda, try replacing a couple with water each day.
  • Talk to your doctor about healthy ways to reduce your calorie intake and increase your activity level.
